Due to the Governor’s order, the Terri’s Day memorial at St. Patrick Catholic Church has been postponed.
We will reschedule as soon as possible and you will be the first to know when reservations for this exciting event open.
Please watch our pages as we are hoping to stream a Mass in Terri’s memory on March 31 and we would love for you to join us in prayer from your homes.
Also, follow Terri’s brother Bobby on Twitter as he remembers his sister’s last 13 days when the Florida court ordered her death by starvation and dehydration on March 18, 2005, with the removal of her nutrition delivery tube.
If you reserved tickets for others under your email address please be sure to forward this email announcement.
Terri’s memory will be honored with a Memorial Mass celebrated by His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke and Archbishop Allen Vigneron. Mass will be followed followed by a special presentation on the life and legacy of Terri Schiavo by her brother, Bobby Schindler. Jere Palazzolo, President of Catholic Healthcare International, and Mike O’Dea, President of Christ Medicus, will present updates and the exciting initiatives currently underway in Southern Michigan for care of the most vulnerable. WJR radio personality Jack Krasula will serve as the Emcee.
The event will raise awareness and support for the advocacy efforts for the medically vulnerable with the announcement of the first ever Terri Schiavo Rehab Center, in collaboration with Catholic Healthcare International, as the first step in bringing a Padre Pio Home for the Relief of Suffering Hospital, medical school, shrine, and physician’s network to the USA.
Due to the overwhelming response, only those who have reserved a free ticket will be able to attend the 5pm Mass and see the presentation and speakers.
We are in need of event sponsors and catering donations. Please let us know if you can help.
